On 16 June 2025, H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Luxembourg, led the delegation from Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) Luxembourg Stock Exchange – Ms. Fang Zhang, Regional Head for Asia-Pacific, and Mr. Guillaume Jacques, Sustainable Finance Analyst, Luxembourg Green Exchange Academy, to meet with Mr. Patchara Anuntasilpa, Director-General, Public Debt Management Office, at the Ministry of Finance of Thailand to discuss ways to promote more cooperation between both entities, in particular on listing the latest Thailand’s Sovereign Sustainability-linked Bond (SSLB) in Luxembourg Green Exchange, raising public awareness of the listing and the visibility of Thailand’s ESG bond market.
