Team Thailand Brussels visited the King Power at Dendreef stadium of OH Leuven Football Club

           On 3 September 2024, H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium, led the delegation of Team Thailand Brussels to visit the King Power at Dendreef stadium, the home stadium of OH Leuven football club in Leuven, Belgium. The Ambassador discussed potential areas of cooperation with Mr. Frederik Vancauteren, Commercial Director of the Club, which include Thai and Belgian business networking, activities for the Thai community in Belgium, Thai Youth Football Day and continuing to organise OH Leuven Thai Fans Day in 2025.
OH Leuven Football Club was established in 2002 by merging three football clubs in the surrounding of the city of Leuven i.e. Stade Leuven, Daring Leuven, and Zwarte Duivels. In 2017, the King Power Group, a Thai duty-free company, bought and managed the Club. In 2020, the Club succeeded in entering the highest league of Belgium for the first time until now. Currently, Mr. Suphanat Mueanta, a Thai national footballer, plays for the Club.
