During 27 May – 2 June 2025 the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels welcomed a group of talented young artists from the Moradokmai Community & Homeschool for the third time as part of their 2.5 month tour in Europe. This time, the Embassy facilitated for the Moradokmai (“The New Heritage”) Group to perform in various places in Brussels, namely Place Royale on 27 May 2025, Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) and Place de la Monnaie on 30 May 2025; music performance for senior people at the LDC Waha elderly day care centre on 28 May 2025; music workshops for students at Montjoie Institut (28 May 2025), Thai language class students at the Embassy (1 June 2025) and students at École Européenne de Bruxelles I (EEB I) as well as Thai Night at Sofitel Brussels Europe on 2 June 2025.

It is heartening that Moradokmai’s performances were appreciated and the group was praised for their talent and diligence, and people were keen to know more about Thailand and its arts and culture. Even those who watched their performances last year came to support them.

The Moradokmai Theatre Community & Homeschool was founded in 2005 by Mr. Janaprakal Chandruang, Thailand’s National Artist (Drama) in Thailand in 2019, as a non-profit organisation under Kamut Chandruang Foundation. The School comprises students, teachers, volunteers, and parents, 46 people in total, who are homeschooling and learning Thai, western, classical music, theatre and Thai Khon dance.
