On 2 June 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels co-organized with the Sofitel Brussels Europe a Thai Night at the Sofitel Brussels ( Place Jourdan 1, 1040 )
The dinner features a 4-course Thai menu prepared by Chef Jib or Chef Supakorn Khamsrimek, Chef of the Residence of the Ambassador of Thailand, with over 30 years experience as chef of various Thai ambassadors. The menu comprises Ma Hor, Larb Kai, Pomelo salad with grilled prawn, Tom Kha, Beef/fish/ vegetables green curry with jasmine rice, and sticky rice with Nam Dock Mai mango.

          The event was well attended by more than 70 guests who also got to enjoy beautiful and lively musical performances from the young artists from the Moradokmai Group under the guidance of Thailand’s National Artist, Kru Chang Janaprakal Chandruang.

          The objective of the Thai Night is to allow guests to appreciate the authentic Thai taste and Thai music.
Food and music are universal language and they can touch our hearts more deeply and they help to enhance the good relations at the people-to-people level too.
