On 6 October 2024, H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium, and Mr. Nithi Patarachoke, Spouse of Ambassador, Ms. Baralee Ratnapinda, Minister (Customs), Mr. Songkhla Chulakasian, Minister (Agriculture), Team Thailand officials and Embassy diplomats, attended the Buddhist merit making on the occasion of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great Memorial Day (13 October 2024) at Wat Thai Dhammaram, Waterloo, Belgium. Phra Raja Visuddhivides, the Abbot of Wat Thai Dhammaram presided over the ceremony. The Thai community took the occasion to pay tribute to His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s dedication to the development of the country and the betterment of the Thai people.
