On 17 May 2024, H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador-designate of Thailand to Belgium, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Mahbub Hassan Saleh, Ambassador of Bangladesh to Belgium, on occasion of her assumption of duty.
Both sides welcomed the cordial relations between Thailand and Bangladesh and discussed ways to strengthen EU’s partnership in the region.
Recently, on 24-29 April 2024, H.E. Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of Bangladesh, paid an official visit to Thailand to boost bilateral cooperation.
