On 29 June 2025, the Thai Language and Culture Class in Brussels held its end-of-term examination and a certificate presentation ceremony for students who completed academic course at the chancery of the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels. H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium, presided over the ceremony and expressed appreciation to all volunteer teachers for their dedication in teaching every Sunday, enabling the students to develop their Thai language skills. She also congratulated the students on their efforts, acknowledged the support of their parents, and encouraged the students to continue practicing their Thai in the future.
The Thai Language and Culture Class in Brussels is an initiative of the Royal Thai Embassy with its main objective to teach Thai language to Thai and Thai-Belgian children in Belgium. For the academic year 2025, the Class commenced from 12 January until 29 June 2025 at the Embassy’s Chancery, and comprises 10 volunteer teachers and 19 Thai students, the age of which between 6 - 14 years. Apart from the curriculum, cultural activities were also organised for students to understand more about Thai heritage, instilling a sense of pride in their Thai cultural roots.

The Thai Language and Culture Class for the academic year 2025-2026 will be open for applications for both volunteer teachers and students.
