This year's National Day Reception was also held in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, who passed away on 24 October 2025. Team Thailand Offices in Brussels, in particular the Office of Commercial Affairs, the Office of Agricultural Affairs and Thai Airways sales office in Brussels joined hands in promoting Thailand's Thai Select branding, agricultural products, tourism in Thailand and information on the Thai Airways daily direct flights between Bangkok-Brussels.

Moreover, the Royal Thai Embassy also invited a string quartet comprising Thai and foreign alumni from the Institut Royal Supérieur de Musique et de Pédagogie in Namur to play at the reception the Thai Royal Anthem, the Belgian National Anthem, the European Union's Anthem, as well as His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great's composition.
