           On 7 April 2024, Miss Warunee Pan-Krajang, Chargé d’Affaire a.i., Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels, attended the Buddhist ceremony and celebrated Songkran festival at Wat Thai Dhammaram, Waterloo, Belgium. In the morning, Phra Raja Visuddhivides, the Abbot of Wat Thai Dhammaram, and other 5 monks, led the prayer. The participants, including Thai community and foreigners from Belgium and neighbouring countries, jointly prayed and presented offerings to the monks. In the afternoon, the Chargé d’Affaires as well as Thais and foreigners performed water pouring ceremony on Buddha statue and hands of the monks and the elders’ for blessing. More than 300 Thais and foreigners participated in the ceremony and enjoyed the last public Thai market at the Temple.
