On 7 September 2023, H.E. Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador and Head of Mission of Thailand to the European Union (EU), visited the Constitutional Court of Belgium with Mr. Suchat Mongkollertlop, Vice President of the Supreme Administrative Court of Thailand, and delegation and was briefed on general information about the Constitutional Court of Belgium. This study visit was part of the 8^th training programme for administrators of the Thai Administrative Court which included visits to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg on 2-10 September 2023. On this visit to the Belgian Constitutional Court, the Ambassador and delegation were welcomed by Mr. Luc Lavrysen, President of the Belgian Constitutional Court, and Mr. Maarten Denys, Legal Assistant, who both also gave the briefing. Following this briefing, the Thai delegation visited the Royal Thai Embassy and was briefed by the Ambassador on general information about the EU and Thailand-EU Relations. The Ambassador also answered questions, during the Q&A session, and exchanged views on important issues on Thai-EU partnership and the role of the Embassy in advancing Thai-EU cooperation.
