On 9 April 2025, H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium and Luxembourg, met with Mr. Marc Lies, Mayor of Hespérange. The two sides discussed preparations for the Thai Festival 2025, which is scheduled to take place on 13 July 2025 in Hespérange, Luxembourg. On this occasion, the Ambassador expressed her appreciation to the city of Hespérange for its kind support in facilitating the organization of the Thai Festival 2024, and took the opportunity to invite the Mayor to co-preside over the opening ceremony of this year’s festival, which will be held on 13 July 2025 at Centre Joseph Altman and the Kiopa open area.

The Royal Thai Embassy organized the first Thai Festival in Luxembourg on 28 September 2024 at the CELO Cultural Centre in Hespérange. With the strong cooperation of all parties involved, the event was a great success, attracting over 2,000 attendees, both Thais and foreigners, throughout the day.

Building on this success, the Embassy is pleased to announce that the second Thai Festival in Luxembourg will take place on 13 July 2025 at Centre Joseph Altman and the Kiopa open area. The event will feature various vendor booths, vibrant Thai cultural performances, and a Muay Thai demonstration.
