On 7 November 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels hosted a merit-making ceremony on the occasion of the fifteenth day following Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother's passing, at the Royal Thai Embassy Office. 6 Buddhist monks from Wat Thai Dhammaram, Wat Buddharama, and Wat Dhammapateep, participated at the ceremony. H.E. Mrs. Kanchana Patarachoke, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium, her spouse, officials and staff of the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand, their families, as well as members of the Thai community in Belgium attended the ceremony. After the Buddhist ceremony in honour of Her Majesty The Queen Mother, the Royal Thai Embassy opened the book of condolences for the Buddhist monks and the members of the Thai community to sign, as an expression of profound gratitude towards Her Majesty’s boundless grace and benevolence.
